Suntech CFO resigns

In a SEC filing yesterday, October 10, the Chinese photovoltaic manufacturer announced that Ting-Mason has stepped down as interim CFO of Suntech "for personal reasons". New CEO, David King will take up the position of acting CFO until someone is found to fill the role permanently.
In addition to maintaining her position as CFO of Suntech America, Ting-Mason will continue to work on "various corporate level finance functions," said the company.
