ATPL and First Solar sign supply agreement for 15 MW Indian PV project

Delivery of the modules is planned for next March, and will be used in the construction of a solar power plant, which is set to be built in the country’s Gujarat region.

Atul Sabharwal, vice president of ACME Tele Power Ltd said he hoped the project will mark the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial partnership for both companies, in what is a promising solar market. TK Kallenbach, executive vice president of marketing and product management at First Solar, added: “We see India as a land of immense opportunity and potential.”
