BMW's heir could take Solarwatt over.

According to a list published on May 15 on the Federal Cartel Authority’s website, Quandt wants to have "sole control over Solarwatt AG". Currently, he holds a 36.3 percent stake in the photovoltaic company.

In response to questions posed, Solarwatt would only confirm that discussions were ongoing. The outcome is still open, spokeswoman, Sabine Penawa told pv magazine.
