The companies say it should be completed within two years and that up to 300 jobs are expected to be created.

JNE says it signed the agreement during its recent visit to China, as part of an Ontario trade mission featuring companies in construction and engineering.

"The international collaboration between Hamilton's JNE Consulting and Daqo Group Co. Ltd., in China is a great example of Ontario's strength as a global leader in green energy. This announcement means good jobs for Hamiltonians and a clean environment for Ontario families," commented Sophia Aggelonitis, MPP Hamilton Mountain.
