Centrotherm postpones AGM27. July 2012 | Industry & Suppliers, Markets & Trends | By: Sandra Enkhardt
Centrotherm photovoltaics AG has said it will postpone its AGM while it works on its self-administration and restructuring plan.
The German company’s annual general meeting (AGM) was planned for August 14. However, due to its ongoing activities to save its business, the meeting will be held at a later date. As such, it has said it is not expected to take place until the end of 2012 or early 2013, since a reorganization plan must first be developed.
Centrotherm said this will have a significant impact on the further development of the company. For the same reason, it will also move the date of publication of its half-year financial figures, which was originally planned for August 9.
