China: JinkoSolar supplies modules to 50 MW PV project

The 50 MW plant is owned by renewable energy development company, GSHHSD, based in northwestern China. It will be located in the city of Zhangye in Gansu province. According to a statement released by JinkoSolar, it will be connected with the state-operated grid "within the year".

"It is … our hope that this partnership will give impetus to even more wide-spread solar energy applications," commented GSHHSD chairman, Xingjie Zhu.

No further details were released.
