Under the new partnership, the two parties have formed a joint venture on "specific", yet unidentified projects.
CNPV will also supply 300 megawatts (MW) worth of photovoltaic modules to New Jersey-based SolarTec. The first shipment is expected to take place this year, and will be worth 20 MW. The rest, according to a statement, will be delivered over the following two years.
The two parties added that the geographical focus of their plans is on North America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
Neither the financial details of both deals, nor project specifics, were disclosed.
