India: 350kW rooftop project signed

The 350kW project will be installed on Mapro's food processing factory located in Wai, in the city of Mahabaleshwar.1,210 modules will be installed on flat structures and construction is expected to be completed in February. A total of 50 workers will be employed for the project.

"This contract with Mapro Foods confirms two facts: firstly, it proves the competitiveness of photovoltaic solar power in the Indian market, facing other renewable and non-renewable sources.
