Inventux Solar Technologies, the Berlin-based manufacturer of micromorph silicon thin-film modules, has announced that it is providing modules for the realization of a solar farm located in the north of Chile.

At present, the project is being constructed by the company´s local EPC partner. Inventux is delivering X3-Series silicon-based thin-film modules to support construction and installation of the solar farm. Upon completion, the nominal output of the project will reach approximately 3 MW.

Last year, Inventux was taken over by two South American companies and it began focusing more on its micromorph thin film photovoltaic technology.
