New field test

Share

Under real outdoor conditions, PV modules are exposed to a high negative bias potential during the day, just like in a real PV string situation. At the same time the performance of the module is monitored continuously. Even the smallest changes due to PID can be detected with the help of a specially developed evaluation procedure. ZSW says that the PID field test is ideally combined with the classic PID laboratory test so that the customer receives a substantial contribution to a more realistic assessment for the PID risk of their PV system.
