New laser system

Share

This is a laser system for laser contact opening of dielectric layers on the front and back side of high efficient cells. The system can be equipped with different laser sources. The position of the structure is defined by a proprietary optical edge alignment technology that can be easily matched to ASYS screen printers in the subsequent metallization lines. The system can be completely integrated in a metallization line and at 1,000 by 2,100 mm, with one of the smallest footprint in the market as the company states. The repeatability is also noteworthy at ? ± 12.5?m at 6?. The SLS 01 is already available on the market. The Botest SCIV is also being introduced at the Intersolar by Asys Group member Botest. The Botest SCIV is a test unit for highly precise measurement of solar cell efficiency as well as for cell classification with triple A+ accuracy as the company states. The system includes the hardware of a flash unit with xenon lamp, flash control unit, cell contacting unit and I-V-measurement unit as well as the software for test parameterization, data evaluation and classification.
