SiC Processing GmbHs request to open self-administration plan process has been approved by the Amberg District Court.
The photovoltaic wafer slurry recycling company now has until March 19 to file a restructuring plan. Hubert Ampferl, partner at law firm Dr Beck & Partner has been appointed supervisor.
Creditors have until March 24 to file their claims to Ampferl. Meanwhile, they are scheduled to vote on the submitted restructuring plan on April 17.
