SunPower and Akuo Solar enter into 24 MW supply agreement

SunPower is to supply Akuo Solar with 75,000 photovoltaic modules for two French solar power plants worth 24 megawatts (MW).

The project, when complete, will consist of two solar installations located in France’s Provence-Alps-Cotes d'Azur region.

Construction is already underway, and is scheduled to be complete by year-end. Overall, the two systems are expected to generate 36 gigawatt hours of energy annually.
