Uniformly black
07. June 2011 | Intersolar Europe 2011 |Aleo Solar is presenting its new S_79 solar module. It's said to achieve an efficiency of up to 15 percent and to be available in nominal powers ranging up to 245 watts.
The module is described as being of uniform design thanks to its black monocrystalline cells, frame and backsheet. The 50-millimeter tall frame is made of a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. The individual components of the frame aren't screwed together but fitted into each other, which the manufacturer says makes the module particularly stable.
Another new module offered by Aleo Solar has been specially tailored by its Chinese joint venture partner, avim, to meet the requirements of large-scale projects. Aleo says its S_18 module, which has been on the market for a long time, has passed TÜV Rhineland's salt-fog test. And the complete Aleo kit_3000 system has been further developed. Its integration system now has improved rear ventilation, while installation has been simplified from previous versions.
