First installed in 2012 and expanded in 2014, the plant is owned and operated by China GuoDian and has been performing well since its commissioning. The opportunity to further improve the overall performance by optimising specific sections of the plant was identified by China GuoDian as a worthwhile investment following a thorough study of the energy recovery potential.
Engineered and manufactured in Italy by BM Solar S.r.l., BlackMagic optimisers provide panel-level maximum power point tracking (MPPT). BM optimisers can be used with any panel and inverter. Moreover, they can be used on specific strings without having to optimise the complete system.
