8minutenergy appoints new executives to project finance and corporate finance roles

With more than 20 years of experience in project and asset finance, valuation and consulting, Vaske previously worked as Director of Structured Finance for SunPower where he structured and negotiated power purchase agreements with commercial customers and the sale of commercial project portfolios to financial investors.

Ricci brings more than 15 years of finance and accounting expertise to his new role. Prior to joining 8minutenergy, Ricci worked as a financial controller for Oracle Corporation and was involved in more than 35 acquisitions.

Vaske previously established the utility project finance groups as an executive at Hanwha Q CELLS USA and Recurrent Energy during an eight-year period in which he led the closing of more than $2 billion in utility and commercial solar PV project finance transactions. Prior to entering the solar industry, he spent a decade in the asset finance industry.

Ricci’s professional background includes holding management positions within publicly traded multi-national corporations including Resources Global Professionals and Pulte Group. Ricci also earned his CPA with Ernst & Young where he served a variety of industries in the advisory and assurance practice. He is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a Bachelor’s in History and Economics.
