Aurora Solar Technologies Inc., a leader in inline measurement and control technology for the photovoltaic manufacturing industry, is pleased to announce customer acceptance of the Decima 3T and Veritas Software on two SEMCO Engineering Inc. furnaces. Semco is a global manufacturer of production and lab equipment for the Semiconductor and Solar Industries. Both systems were delivered as a result of orders received in 2015, are installed "inline" in production facilities in Europe and Asia and are fully operational. Acceptance for both systems was received within a week of the arrival of Aurora personnel to assist in the calibration, verification and acceptance process.

Aurora also would like to announce that it has engaged Dr. Wolfgang Oels to provide a strategic review of its operations. His professional experience includes holding senior positions at solar companies such as QCells, and Alion. In addition, Dr. Oels has served two terms as a consultant to solar companies for respected consultancy McKinsey & Company, including its Operational Excellence Practice.

The Company will be issuing 350,000 options for incentives to consultants, including Dr. Oels, at $0.15 per share for a term of 5 years under the stock option program approved by the shareholders.

Gordon Deans, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Aurora has resigned from the Board of Directors effective immediately. Mr. Deans will remain as CTO of Aurora and we would like to thank him for his significant contribution to the Board and continued contribution to the Company.
