Star Solar LLC and Foremost Renewables LLC today announced a merger to create Star Foremost Solar (SFS). SFS is an end – to – end solution provider for solar engineering/procurement/construction (EPC) work on projects for commercial, industrial and utility scale solar customers.
SFSs combined project development pipeline is expected to generate first year revenue of $100M. The structure of the companies combined capabilities will provide a competitive edge to our customers through scale, broad capabilities and excellent service. The company is uniquely positioned to offer a full range of solutions to our valued customers.
The new company has already formed strategic alliances with developers, businesses, property owners and national suppliers. For example, one alliance is an exclusive partnership which will immediately begin EPC work on 23.5MW of solar projects, including a number of commercial installations in New York, Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Florida.

SFS is based out of Louisville, KY. The headquarters office and warehouse shares facilities with strategic partners. These partners include a solar workforce training program that is focused on recruiting and training opportunities for veterans, inner city at-risk adults and unemployed and displaced workers including Appalachian coal miners.
