Intersolar India is one event of Intersolar, the world's leading exhibition for the solar industry. In line with core concepts of "higher yield, smart O&M, and safe & reliable", Huawei showcased its smart PV LTE transmission system, new smart PV controller that adopts the PLC technology, and the FusionSolar cloud management center.
Huawei FusionSolar smart PV solution is enabled over the high-speed LTE network. The solution uses cloud computing for big data analysis, and integrates the digital information technology, Internet technology, and PV technology for smart management and O&M.
India has hot temperatures and high humidity, putting solar plants in a harsh operating environment. Therefore, higher requirements for system reliability and adaptability are imposed in India. Huawei string inverter has won recognition from customers thanks to its safety and reliability design and a large number of successful application cases.
The inverter is designed with an integrated confined aluminum shell. It adopts advanced cooling concepts and heat equalization, heat isolation, and heat shield technologies, which enable design free from an external fan (the external fan is one of the components most prone to break down and to be corroded).
Thanks to these features, the inverter provides IP65 protection and can work reliably in high-humidity and high-temperature environment in countries such as India. According to customers, the smart PV solution achieves not only optimal power generation performance but also the safe operation of the system and lowered O&M risks and costs.
At the conference, Huawei had in-depth exchange of views with several investors and EPC companies. Several investors expressed their intentions to cooperate. Huawei also signed a 100 MW smart PV and inverter supply agreement with Waaree, a key partner of Huawei in India.
Waaree is India's largest solar panel and module manufacturer with advanced technologies in renewable energy and solar power system products. Huawei together with Waaree will provide more advanced and practical products and solutions for the Indian solar market.
