  • Flexible: new IBC SolStore solar storage system
  • Customised: PV systems for commercial self-consumption
  • For any system size: IBC Solar, a worldwide partner for project solutions

In hall B2, booth 150, the photovoltaics specialist from Bad Staffelstein will be presenting an innovative and particularly flexible solar storage system on lithium basis.

A storage system that adapts: the new IBC SolStore

At this year's Intersolar, PV system provider IBC Solar AG will be presenting the newest member of the IBC SolStore storage system series for the first time.

This innovative solar storage system on a lithium basis enables a high degree of adaptability: as an entry-level model, the storage unit comes with a capacity of five kilowatt hours. In the event that the operator’s consumption situation changes – for instance due to enhancing the PV system, growth of the family or the wish for more independence – the storage unit can be retrospectively enhanced to ten and even fifteen kilowatt hours.

Regardless of whether the storage system is used in private households or in companies, it provides operators with maximum flexibility in producing and consuming their own solar energy and allows them to break free from rising energy prices. Just like all previous IBC Solar storage systems, the new IBC SolStore scores high marks with respect to service life, high cycle stability and operational stability. The system house will be showcasing a prototype at this year's Intersolar trade fair stand, where IBC Solar's storage experts will be happy to answer visitors' questions.

Customised PV systems for self-sufficient consumers

Self-consumption and independence are gaining importance for industrial, commercial and agricultural businesses: with soaring energy prices, businesses are increasingly more inclined to cover parts of their energy demands with the aid of customised PV self-consumption systems. As such specific applications demand solutions geared towards individual consumption profiles, expertise, many years of experience and reliable product quality are paramount. In addition to system solutions, IBC Solar offers its customers a comprehensive planning tool for commercial PV systems: the PV Manager. With the PV Manager, installers can perfectly adapt the system to the company's energy demands and the load profile. IBC Solar AG experts will be showcasing systems that have already been implemented and giving advice on the topic of commercial self-consumption.

IBC AeroFix: turning flat roofs into PV plants

At this year's Intersolar, IBC Solar AG will also be showcasing mounting systems and application innovations fully geared towards the commercial self-consumption of solar energy. As a result, the trade fair booth will also feature an enhanced version of the aerodynamically optimised IBC AeroFix flat-roof mounting system. As the newest variant, IBC AeroFix 10 is now available as a south- or north-facing system with a setting angle that has been reduced by five degrees. Self-consumption systems in particular will now be able to operate with high cost efficiency. Firstly, the reduced module inclination of the IBC AeroFix 10 means it is less susceptible to wind loads, with the consequence that the amount of required ballast can be reduced considerably. Secondly, a shorter distance between the rows means that many more modules can be fit into the available space, further optimising the system's economic efficiency.
