OneRoof Energy Group, Inc. is pleased to announce that Dan Phaure has been appointed to the OneRoof Energy board of directors, effective May 20, 2015.
Mr. Phaure has more than 15 years of investment banking, business development and capital markets experience. Mr. Phaure, a resident of Canada, has spent the last 11 years in investment banking most recently as a Managing Director with Stifel Nicolaus Canada. Prior to his time in investment banking, Mr. Phaure was with the equity research group with RBC Capital Markets. In addition, he served as an accountant with Arthur Andersen from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Phaure is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University based in Ontario, Canada. His appointment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

OneRoof Energy also received and accepted the resignation of Mr. David Kerr as a director of the Company, effective May 19, 2015. Mr. Kerr has resigned from the board of directors of the Company to focus on his other business interests. OneRoof Energy would like to thank Mr. Kerr for his services to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavors.
