The products will be ready to pick up in one to five days at the nine collection locations that PROINSO established in the country, with storage at zero cost for customers. Also, free delivery service is provided in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban. For the installer this means logistics support and just in time warehousing for projects in their locality or further afield allowing them to focus on their core business.
Besides fast delivery, there are other advantages: Click & Collect by PROINSO is a 24/7/365 service offering the latest products with updated prices. Last but not least, the site is user-friendly.
The user just chooses his/her products, adds them to the shopping cart, selects the nearest pick-up location, pays and gets his/her proof of payment to pick up the order.
PROINSOs new online sales service is provided together with South African partner African Solar Power. Previously, the company opened branches in Cape Town and Johannesburg in May 2013.
