The new Traqu 3D inspection and measuring system by Essemtec allows for 3D metrology to professionals in the photovoltaics industry.

Essemtec’s proprietary smart-pixel CMOS-sensor and its parallel optical coherence tomography gives the Traqu an advantage in terms of measurement speed and precision on almost any surface.
It has a motion drive system with one micrometer resolution and a scan area of up to 300 by 400 millimeters. There is also an additional 2D camera available.
