Henan Hengxing to build 100 MW PV project in China??

Henan Hengxing Science & Technology Co. has reportedly announced plans to build a 100 megawatt (MW) photovoltaics (PV) plant in China.

According to China Knowledge, the company has said it will spend RMB 263 million (around USD$39.5 million; €29.8 million) on the plant, which will be located in the Henan Province.?
The news agency continued by saying that construction is expected to begin in January, with project completion scheduled for the start of 2013.
