REC sells Swedish assets to Perfekta Solar

In September, REC announced that it would discontinue operations at its 150 megawatt photovoltaics module plant due to unsatisfactory financial performance and weak future prospects.

It has now sold the property in Glava and most of the production equipment to Perfekta Solar for SEK 47 million (around USD$7 million; €5.2 million).
