Being a Czech-based company, Photon Energy must have been affected by the legislative changes, including the retroactive solar tax, brought into play last December. We have had to revalue our project portfolio downwards, taking into account the three years with the 26 percent retroactive levy. This has obviously had an impact on the balance sheets. …
