The X-Series Micromorph consists of an amorphous and microcrystalline silicon layer.

The micromorph tandem structure of Inventux modules absorbs a particularly wide spectrum of light while generating more power in diffused sunlight than crystalline modules as the company states.

The surface area is 1.43 square meters and has a frameless glass/glass design. According to the company, Inventux was the first European manufacturer of micromorph modules to receive certification from TÜV Rheinland for its X-Series modules.
