Chinese module prices upticked slightly in Februray, as already indicated in the January IHS survey. This was the first price increase in at least 18 months. Suppliers of all Chinese tier groups managed to increase prices on the average during February, because they were able to pass on higher costs for materials (mainly for polysilicon) …
