ReneSola's CEO Xianshou Li stated, "Their [Enerparc] trust in ReneSola reaffirms the value of our solar module business." ReneSola remains confident that it will be able to maximize its international reach while lowering costs as a result of its strong relationships with a number of OEMs.

"The current market conditions are manageable for companies who are deep in the value chain," added Stefan Mueller, COO of Enerparc. Enerparc operates more than 400 MW as IPP and sees further opportunities in India and the U.S. Wiki-Solar recently ranked Enerparc as third in its top ten EPC contractors list.

In March, ReneSola managed to secure a loan guarantee worth RMB320 million (US$51.5 million) to be channelled towards the company's domestic development in China. The 15-year loan agreement was signed with the China Development Bank.
