High-Density Ground Mount Racking Solution with Significant CAPEX Savings for a Lower LCOE

View Webinar Video

In this pv magazine Webinar, developed in partnership with Jurchen Technology, we’ll take a closer look at how the system, a high-density low-profile racking solution, can maximize land yield and provide unique value compared to single-axis trackers and other tracking solutions in the ground mount project space. We will also examine some case studies from among the 200 MW the company has installed since launching the system in 2014.

High-Density Ground Mount Racking Solution with Significant CAPEX savings for a lower LCOE

Having a high-density low-profile racking solution can provide unique value for projects that are land constrained, have incentives for high land yield, landfill, and/or are close to disgruntled neighbors who deny permitting.

In addition to being a high-density low-profile racking solution, the PEG offers significant CAPEX savings with less labor, minimal material, no foundations, no concrete, no heavy equipment, and easy mobilization. H&S is also significantly improved.

In this pv magazine Webinar, developed in partnership with Jurchen Technology, we’ll take a closer look at how the system compares to single-axis trackers and other tracking solutions in the ground mount project space, and take a look at some case studies for how the PEG added unique value from among the 200 MW the company has installed since launching the system in 2014.

Nir Dekel, VP of Business Development for Jurchen Technology will take us through the features of the system: its simplified requirements for installation, improved ground coverage ratio compared to others on the market, how its low-profile design reduces visual nuisances, tested methods for O&M and how the design stands up to harsh conditions in the field.

We’ll also be hearing from Herman Goulooze, EPC manager at the Netherlands based Volta Solar, about their experiences installing and operating projects built with the PEG substructure, and how the system’s features translate into a lower LCOE at a project level.
