Longi to build global service network for integrated energy strategy

Chinese clean energy manufacturer Longi has launched “LONGi ONE,” an integrated solar-plus-storage strategy combining back-contact (BC) solar technology with its “5S” storage platform into a single system architecture.

The company said the approach shifts away from multi-vendor, assembled systems toward fully integrated design, with one product family covering utility-scale and commercial and industrial (C&I) applications.

The strategy includes utility-scale solutions such as “OneBank 2.0,” an integrated AC/DC storage system, and “OneMatrix 2.0,” a modular plant-level platform supporting two-hour, four-hour, and eight-hour storage durations. Longi said its proprietary iCCS technology enables millisecond-scale fault detection and isolation, reducing system-level failure rates by 60% and pre-commissioning time by more than 30%.

For C&I applications, Longi introduced “Hi-MO One,” paired with the “EnergyOne” platform. The company said the system delivers module efficiency of 24.8% and system efficiency of up to 90.3%, with response times below 20 milliseconds and AI-driven energy management.

Longi said the platform is designed to manage generation, storage, and consumption through an AI-based control system, positioning the offering as a single-provider solution across the project lifecycle.

Alongside the product launch, Longi announced its “2830 Plan,” which aims to establish 30 localized service centers in key global markets by 2028 to provide lifecycle support.
