Recent years have seen solar modules jump up in size and power. However, the flipside of those size gains is increased weight, making transport and installation both more cumbersome and more prone to bending and cracking.

Compared to glass/glass bifacial modules, transparent backsheet bifacial modules come with all the promise of advantages in size and power efficiency, without the heavy burden of bulky panels.

In this pv magazine Webinar, Frank Wang, senior product manager at Jolywood, will take us through technological improvements the company’s latest transparent backsheet bifacial modules, addressing particular concerns such as weatherability and longevity.

What is more, technological progress means transparent backsheet bifacial modules are becoming more applicable across the solar market. Jolywood’s large-scale project sales director, Bruno Patrón Sevilla, and distribution sales director Leo Yang will discuss the growing demand and application of n-type transparent backsheet modules from utility-scale projects to commercial and residential rooftops.
