Energy investment company adds award winning renewables specialist to its portfolio
Chairman of Isoenergy, Justin Broadbent, has sold the company to ComPro Investments after eleven years at the helm. He will now join the board of ComPro. Isoenergy will continue to provide its market-leading renewable energy systems to both commercial and domestic customers.
“The acquisition was a mutual decision, and with the renewables market looking brighter than ever, both parties are really excited about the next stage of growth for Isoenergy” commented Broadbent.
The current Isoenergy management team will continue to run the company, meaning that new and existing customers will see no difference in service.
With ComPro’s backing and the acquisition of complementary companies, Isoenergy will have new opportunities to expand and reinforce its own services.
As a Non-Executive director of ComPro, Broadbent will provide strategic guidance to Isoenergy, as well as working with the executives of ComPro, Chris Sayer and Peter Davies, on developing ComPro’s other interests.
“isoenergy now has a great opportunity to expand faster than the steady organic growth we have enjoyed for years. This is going to take the company to a whole new level.” added Broadbent.
ComPro’s long-term growth aims are well aligned with Isoenergy’s vision of continuing to build their business to the benefit of clients, staff and stakeholders alike, as well as the renewable energy sector as a whole.
