Great Power and Global Partners Unite to Win the Future at 2026 Partner Conference
GUANGZHOU, China, July 16, 2026 — Guangzhou Great Power Energy & Technology Co., Ltd. (Great Power) welcomed more than 500 partners from around the world to its 2026 Global Partner Conference in Guangzhou, reaffirming its commitment to building a stronger, more innovative and more competitive global energy storage ecosystem.
Held under the theme “Win, Together” the conference celebrated the partnerships that have supported Great Power through multiple industry cycles while setting out the company’s priorities for its next phase of growth.
Great Power Chairman and Founder Xia Xinde expressed his appreciation to the company’s global partners, acknowledging their long-term trust and support.
“We remain deeply grateful to every partner who has stood alongside us through the industry’s ups and downs,” Xia said.

The conference came as the energy storage industry continues to evolve from capacity-driven expansion toward competition based on technology, product quality, cost efficiency, delivery capabilities and lifecycle services.
Against this backdrop, Great Power called for a transition from price competition to value competition. The company emphasized that sustainable product leadership cannot be achieved by a single enterprise acting alone. Instead, it requires closer coordination throughout the value chain, including joint research and development, synchronized manufacturing upgrades and faster product iteration.
“Only by innovating together can we achieve product leadership, and only by upgrading together can we remain ahead,” the company said. “In a rapidly changing market, Great Power will continue to stand firmly with its global partners. Creating leading products that enable customer success is the greatest certainty we can build together.”

Accelerating the “Global Leap”
At the conference, Great Power President Zhen Shaoqiang outlined the company’s ongoing “Global Leap” strategy, which is designed to strengthen its international market presence, localized operations and customer service capabilities.
Great Power has established 10 overseas offices and maintains operations in major energy storage markets including the United States, Germany, Japan, Singapore and India. This expanding network allows the company to respond more quickly to regional requirements while providing localized technical, commercial and after-sales support.
The company reported strong growth in its overseas utility-scale energy storage business in 2025, supported by increasing customer recognition and the delivery of several major projects. Overseas orders have continued to expand in 2026, with multiple large-scale benchmark projects progressing across international markets.
Building on this momentum, Great Power aims to secure leading positions in selected regional and application-specific energy storage markets.
The company has also been included in the BloombergNEF Tier 1 energy storage manufacturer list for eight consecutive assessment rounds, reinforcing its position among the industry’s established global suppliers.
Strong momentum as being No. 1 of residential energy storage cell shipments
The partner conference followed the release of Great Power’s preliminary outstanding financial results for the first half of 2026. The strong profit growth compared with last year reflects the continued expansion of its energy storage business and the growing market recognition of its products.
The company has established leading positions across several key segments. According to Frost & Sullivan, Great Power ranks first globally in residential energy storage cell shipments, supported by its long-standing battery expertise, reliable product performance and increasingly diversified customer base.

With 25 years of battery manufacturing experience and approximately 15 years in energy storage, Great Power is translating its product leadership into sustainable commercial growth. The company is positioning itself not only as a battery supplier, but also as a long-term partner capable of supporting customers across markets, technologies and application scenarios.
Guided by its mission to make safe and reliable clean energy affordable for more people, Great Power will continue working with partners worldwide to advance product innovation, strengthen supply-chain collaboration and create shared value across the global energy transition.
As Xia emphasized at the conference, the next stage of competition will not be won through isolated efforts. It will be shaped by companies and partners that are prepared to innovate, upgrade and grow together.
