Bondholders’ meetings in REC ASA’s convertible bond loan, today approved a change to the bond loan agreement in accordance with the REC ASA’s request of July 6, 2012.
This change is effective today. As a result, REC Wafer Norway AS is excluded from the definition of “Group” in the bond loan agreements going forward.
