For this transaction, Sonnedix was advised by Legance (Legal), Netplan Italia (Technical) and RSM Studio Palea Lauri Gerla (Tax). The sellers were advised by Prothea (Financial), Herbert Smith Freehills (Legal) and REA (Technical).
