In this pv magazine Webinar, we will look at how retailers and installers can speak to the issues on Australian customers’ minds when selecting a home battery. Australian home battery installations are spiking thanks to a generous new federal government subsidy scheme. If the current pace holds, analyst Sunwiz predicts Australia will install over 220,000 home batteries in the next 12 months – more than triple the record set in 2024.

This marks a huge opportunity – but to make the most of the influx, Australian battery installers and retailers will need to understand what really matters to customers and how to effectively address pain points.

Speaking on the panel will be Tim Kelly, Product Manager at Blue Sun Group – a leading distributor and supplier of clean energy products, including home batteries, based in Brisbane. Tim will share his insights from working with installers across Australia, offering perspectives on current trends and market dynamics. He will be joined by Craig Shen, Service Manager at Anker SOLIX, who will discuss how the new SOLIX X1 battery caters to Australian customers’ needs.
