Clean Technology Capital LLC and Tekne Srl announce a joint venture to develop solar utility projects in Italy. The new company, Clean Technology SRL has developed a pipeline of roughly 300 MW of utility-scale projects throughout Italy. The pipeline currently entails projects with interconnection solutions already accepted and under site control. The company is currently evaluating co-development offers from strategic investors.
