Bisol Group's PV modules in compliance with Australian Standard AS5033

Bisol Group is constantly reaffirming its competitive position in existing markets and expanding into new ones. One of Europe’s leading manufacturers of PV modules has obtained official confirmation that their modules can be sold in Australia. As all Bisol’s modules are tested and certified by distinguished laboratories and have all the necessary certificates, most importantly IEC 61730 and IEC 61215, they meet the required standards in order to sell them in Australia.

Bisol PV modules are produced in a state-of-the-art production facility where periodic factory inspections are carried out by OVE (Austrian Electrotechnical Association) to ensure on-going compliance with the international standards. Regular factory inspections are a necessary requirement of the Australian Clean Energy Council in order to comply with official standard AS5033 and to carry out commercial activities in Australia.

According to EPIA’s Global Market Outlook 2016 report, Australia expanded rapidly in 2011 with 774 MW of newly installed solar power, leaving enormous potential yet unused. Though its future growth remains constrained over short-term political decisions, the potential of this sunny country is very appealing and the long-term trends point clearly towards a growing emphasis on PV technology.
