Launch of rooftop solar generation business in Singapore

Skye Renewables Energy Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between Idemitsu Kosan Co.Ltd. and Skye Renewables Holdings, will commence its rooftop solar power generation business in Singapore. Skye Energy plans to install 0.6MW of solar power plant that supply electricity to customer at the main office of HSL Constructor Pte. Ltd., a regional infrastructure construction company in Singapore.

Skye Energy, through its subsidiary Skye Renewables Singapore OpCo Pte. Ltd., will install a solar power generation system on the roof of the HSL’s main office in 42D Penjuru Road, HSL Waterfront@Penjuru, Singapore and provide the generated electricity to Verdeland Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of HSL.

With this project, Skye Energy will continue their efforts to realize a decarbonization and contribute to the sustainable regional development.
