Last week, Sunova Solar and PowerField announced that a solar PV module supply agreement was signed. Under this agreement, Sunova Solar will deliver 122 MW of solar panels to PowerField by end of December 2022. According to the forecast of “IHS Markit / S&P Global”- a global PV market research institute – the utility scale capacity of solar installations in the Netherlands will reach 1.1GW in 2023. Once the solar parks which are currently developed by PowerField are successfully connected to the grid, Sunova Solar will hence have a 10% market share in the Netherlands.
For these projects high-efficiency Hi-Milo series 545 W solar modules from Sunova Solar will be used. These modules are equipped with advanced cell technology and produced with state-of-the-art fully automated module production equipment.
