JA expands C&I battery range with hybrid and updated AC-coupled systems
JA has expanded its European C&I battery storage portfolio with JAPlanet Fusion, a 125 kW/261 kWh DC-coupled solar-storage system with integrated rapid backup, and the upgraded AC-coupled JAPlanet 2.0.
Both systems add enhanced safety, liquid cooling and backup capabilities, with European pre-orders opening in the second half of September 2026.
TCL Solar launches new back-contact, double-glass module line
TCL Solar has launched its C2 back-contact module range in Europe, featuring residential products up to 485 W and larger bifacial modules up to 670 W with 24.8% efficiency. The modules feature glass-glass construction, a -0.26%/C temperature coefficient and 30-year linear power warranties.

Trane unveils cold-climate heat pump operating down to -29 C
Trane has launched a residential cold-climate air-source heat pump that operates at temperatures from -29 C to 46 C and is available in 3-ton, 4-ton and 5-ton versions using R-454B refrigerant. The system can deliver up to 107% of its rated heating capacity at -15 C and retain up to 85% at -29 C.

The Japanese manufacturer has introduced a new generation of its Ururu Sarara X reversible air conditioners, featuring heating capacities from 2.2 kW to 8.0 kW and a new compressor designed to improve efficiency under low-load operation.
