Spanish public-procurement software company Sondeva has launched Sondeva Renewables, a search platform that aggregates renewable energy project applications published in Spain’s Official State Gazette (BOE) and 14 regional official gazettes.

The platform allows users to search projects by technology, administrative stage, autonomous community, installed capacity, hybridization, location and other criteria. Each project entry retains a link to the original official publication.

As of Oct. 1, 2026, Sondeva Renewables had identified 3,871 active projects published since March 27, 2025, as well as 112 withdrawn projects and 260 rejected projects. Of the active projects, 2,697 include PV, 911 wind power and 731 energy storage. Another 157 involve grid evacuation infrastructure and substations, while five include concentrated solar power. The categories are not mutually exclusive, meaning individual projects can be associated with more than one technology.

Sondeva said it developed the platform to address the fragmentation of project information across different official gazettes and publication formats. The software processes new notices daily and organizes the information into individual project pages linked to the original administrative source, allowing users to search information that would otherwise have to be retrieved from separate official publications.

Access to the search engine and its main filters is free and does not require registration. Unregistered users can view the five most recent notices returned by each search, while free registration provides access to project pages containing the official notice title and a link to the corresponding gazette.

Information on project developers, including company names, tax identification numbers and addresses, is available through paid plans starting at €89 ($100.1)/month plus VAT.

The platform also allows users to distinguish between active, withdrawn and rejected projects and search the available historical data. Sondeva notes that coverage and project totals depend on the official gazettes included in the platform and the period for which each source has been indexed, meaning the figures do not constitute a complete historical inventory of renewable energy projects in Spain.
