France: Sonnedix acquires 24 MW stake in 115 MW PV plant
Independent power producer, Sonnedix has acquired a 24 MW stake in the 115 MW Toul-Rosieres solar park, located in north eastern France. The financial details were not disclosed.

The company has taken on the Toul 3 project, one of three photovoltaic parks, which form the 115 MW Toul-Rosieres solar park. It is expected to begin generating energy this summer.
Overall, 1.5 million of First Solar’s thin film photovoltaic panels are said to have been installed across the former NATO airbase, near the city of Nancy, by EDF EN.
Commenting, Franck Constant, Sonnedix chairman, said, “This is our second project with EDF EN. We were once again impressed by their professionalism, Sonnedix is delighted to have EDF EN as one of its key partners in France and look forward to continued cooperation with them in other large solar projects in the near future.”
