Swift Current alleges widespread module defects in lawsuit against First Solar
The Massachusetts-based developer filed a complaint in the New York supreme court that alleges the module manufacturer knew about defects that have caused underperformance in more than 2.4 million modules it delivered to Swift Current sites in 2023 and 2024.
