Greece can install 8.6 GW of batteries by 2030

Greece awards €8.15 million for 49.3 MWh of storage linked to C&I solar
Greece has provisionally approved €8.15 million in subsidies for 209 businesses to install 28.2 MW/49.3 MWh of battery storage alongside 30.8 MW of solar PV capacity. The awards represent only a fraction of the Go Beyond Solar Battery program’s original €153.7 million budget and 333 MW storage target.
