ATI's DuraRack fixed-tilt system picks up steam heading into 2014

Array Technologies’ best kept secret — until now

2013 was a landmark year for Array Technologies’ DuraRack fixed-tilt racking solution. With more than 53 MW shipped and installed at five sites in just under six months, ATI’s best kept secret is breaking major ground. Three utility-scale projects in Indiana are now home to 39 MW of the DuraRack fixed-tilt system, and two distributed generation sites in North Carolina installed another 14 MW combined.
“As the leading solar ground-mounted systems company we are proud to offer our customers a fixed racking system that echoes the ease and simplicity fundamental to all of our tracking products,” explains ATI Founder and CEO, Ron Corio. “By providing an industry-leading fixed-tilt rack we are able to partner with our customers on a wider variety of solar sites.”
The DuraRack fixed-tilt racking system employs many of the same patented features that make the DuraTrack HZ the most widely deployed single-axis tracking system in the world. Incorporating the universal module mounting clamps with integrated grounding, as well as customizable tilt angles between 10° and 40°, this racking system has the fastest install rates and lowest number of posts per module of any fixed-tilt system in existence today. In addition, the DuraRack can rack modules in portrait or landscape configurations to maximize ground coverage ratio (GCR) and meet any and all energy generation requirements at sites around the world.
