Centrosolar is ‘Top Brand PV’ in France

The German manufacturer Centrosolar has been awarded the ‘Top Brand PV’ seal for the French market. The independent market research institute EuPD Research awarded the seal to the ten most widely known panel and inverter brands in the solar industry. An independent, representative survey of installers in France formed the basis for the award. The seal acknowledges that Centrosolar is one of the most popular brands in the industry. It confirms the success of Centrosolar’s consistent strategy towards increased internationalisation.

EuPD Research developed the Top Brand seal in 2010 as a way of independently evaluating the brand management of panel manufacturers. The award is based on a multi-level survey of solar installers conducted between October and November of 2012. The statements given by qualified installers on brand management allow manufacturers to receive an unfiltered assessment of their own brand, resulting in a ranking of the top PV companies.

“The ‘Top Brand PV’ seal is proof that Centrosolar truly stands out from the competition. It affirms our successful brand management in France. With just under 70 per cent of turnover coming from exports (2012), the company is ranked among those German solar manufacturers to generate the highest sales abroad.
