Change in the Executive Board of Meyer Burger Technology Ltd

Meyer Burger Technology Ltd (SIX Swiss Exchange MBTN) has decided to reorganize the tasks and responsibilites of the function of the Chief Operating Officer, COO, in the course of the implementation of the comprehensive structural programme, which was published on 29 September 2016.
Thomas Kipfer, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Executive Board since 1 October 2015, will therefore leave Meyer Burger as of 30 April 2017 in order to pursue new professional challenges.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Board would like to thank Mr. Kipfer for his committment for the Meyer Burger Group and wish him all the best for his professional and personal future and every success.
