Emmvee Photovoltaics GmbH are to open a new solar park in Wolfshain, near Dresden. The 2.6 MW installation consists of 10,000 modules by Emmvee, most of which are equipped with the special structured front glass the company is renowned for.

There are also 125 inverters and some two and a half kilometers of cables. The project development team of the Berlin-based company only took a fortnight to have the installation up and running.

"The solarpark in Wolfshain does not only demonstrate the speed of the project development team, it also showcases a lot of interesting and important measures when it comes to keeping the environment. There are bird's houses, stone heaps for various animals and biotop-spaces," says Frank Hilgenfeld, spokesman of the company.
